Shipping

All orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Standard shipping: 2-3 business days after your order is shipped out

International shipping: 5-7 business days

Any order placed after 5pm (EST) will start processing the following business day.

Business days: M- F (12pm-8pm)

All packages are delivered via USPS (M - F) and require a signature confirmation.

Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Order early to prevent delays during holidays.

We do NOT ship any orders on Sundays ANY items purchased after 5pm (EST) on Saturday will process on the next business day (the following Monday).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact theluxeexperience@gmail.com for a change of address. The Luxe experience is not reponsible for any lost items due to a wrong shipping address. ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY VIA USPS.
